I had an issue with my scanner, so I reached out to Revopoint about the warranty. They got back to me quickly, walked me through what I needed to do for the return, and yeah, I ended up getting a replacement without too much hassle. It did take a bit of time, but i’m happy with how they handled everything

I got it up and running in maybe 20 minutes or so. I haven’t really dug into everything yet, but the account setup and software download were straightforward. The quick start guide actually lined up with what was on my screen, which helped. I did get a little turned around with the WiFi mode at one point, but the tips during setup got me past it. So far, no real hassle.

I picked up the Revopoint scanner because I was tired of spending so much time scanning small parts, i kind of wish I’d done it sooner. The scan speed is really solid, and it catches details faster than I expected.

My only regret is not slowing down a bit at the start. I moved too fast a few times and lost tracking, which was frustrating, but after a little practice I got the hang of it and things went a lot smoother.
It’s not perfect, but for the price and how quickly it scans, I’m happy with it overall. If I could go back, I’d just give myself more time to learn the flow right away. 4 stars from me.
